Withdrew: student attended school for 1-day minimum but no longer attends
Did Not Attend: student enrolled & paid tuition but never attended
A student can only be marked as 'did not attend' for the Fall semester.

- Edit the Did Not Attend/Withdrew Macro for the applicable situation

Log into the Odyssey dashboard. Look for the student in the Tuition & Fees (2024-2025) section. Mark the student as Did Not Attend or Withdrew. By clicking 'Did Not Attend', you are attesting that the student is no longer enrolled and did not attend your school for any amount of time in the current school year. By clicking 'Withdrew', you are attesting that the student attended your school for one or more days in the current school year but is no longer enrolled. Click "Okay" to approve." - After the school marks the student as 'withdrawn' or 'did not attend', it will prompt the school to enter a refund amount.
- If the student is marked as 'withdrawn', the school isn't required to refund ESA funding.
- If the student is marked as 'did not attend', the school must refund ALL ESA funding, required by the ESA guidelines.
- Ask the school team lead/manager to confirm the student's tuition if the school is inaccurate/unsure.
- The student can enroll in another school once their enrollment at the first school is closed.
