This article is intended for school team agents to determine how a student can switch schools after tuition is set.
If tuition has been set, the school has 2 options to mark the student as:
- Withdrew - student attended 1-day minimum but no longer attends- OR -
- Did Not Attend - student enrolled & paid tuition but never attended school
- Edit the macro below for the school
Did Not Attend/Withdrew Macro:
Please follow these steps:
Log into the Odyssey dashboard. Look for the student in the Tuition & Fees (2025-2026) section. Mark the student as Did Not Attend or Withdrew. By clicking 'Did Not Attend', you are attesting that the student is no longer enrolled and did not attend your school for any amount of time in the current school year. By clicking 'Withdrew', you are attesting that the student attended your school for one or more days in the current school year but is no longer enrolled. Click "Okay" to approve.
*Please note: Once a student withdraws from the 1st school, the school isn't required to return funding to the student.
