Some parents applied multiple times due to mistakes, errors, or multiple parents/guardians applied with the same child(ren).
If parents reach out due to a closed/not eligible application due to being a duplicate, use the Duplicate Application macro & don't provide information on the approved application (if the approved application is under a different email address).
If a school reaches out about a duplicate student or multiple closed enrollments for a student, we can provide them with the correct account or enrollment information.
- Search for the duplicate account by looking up the parent's email address in Retool.
- Copy the student's student ID and search for the student on the applicable state's enrollment sheet.
- If the student has more than one enrollment, find the enrollment ID that is not closed.
- Copy the correct enrollment ID & inform the school agent that they can verify the student and set tuition using the provided enrollment ID in the search bar.
